Transparency Quality Mark Awards

CoPaCC Transparency Quality Mark

Note: CoPaCC audits have ceased since 2021 and are no longer active.

CoPaCC is an independent organisation that monitors police governance. CoPaCC have presented the PCC’s office with an OPCC Transparency Mark, which shows that the office is meeting a high standard in making information available to the public.

CoPaCC first began reviewing PCC’s transparency and compliance with statutory duties in 2013. The process involves the PCC’s office putting forward a submission detailing their transparency work, including how they comply with the Specified Information order. Following this, CoPaCC review the information to ensure that it meets the criteria to receive the quality mark.
