Head of Policy and Missions - Helen Quinn
Helen is Head of Policy & Missions. Helen is responsible for leading the development and delivery of strategic policing across Beds OPCC, ensuring the delivery of the Police and Crime Plan. Helen also provides leadership and oversight for the commissioning function and the restorative justice team.
Prior to joining Beds OPCC, Helen led on policing policy at the Home Office and held senior strategic roles in local government and the charity sector. She has a strong passion for early intervention and prevention.
