This project is a peer support group for men facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and grief. It has the ambition of meeting in physical, virtual, walking, or fishing settings, and aims to tackle unaddressed mental health struggles, by offering a stigma-free space without referrals, registration, or rules. Serving Biggleswade, Sandy, Blunham, Potton, and surrounding communities, the group ensures men who avoid formal services have a safe place to connect before problems escalate.
