This project aims to provide essential English lessons in a safe, trauma-informed environment to build confidence and independence for Bedford-based women. By learning practical language skills, participants are empowered to engage with police, schools, healthcare, and safeguarding agencies, protecting themselves and advocating for their children. Lessons cover emergency services, fire safety, healthcare access, and British law knowledge that reduces risk and strengthens resilience.
