IMPAKT Housing and Support aim to deliver 10x 3-hour domestic abuse awareness workshops to teachers and pastoral staff across the 65 state secondary schools, 9 private/independent secondary schools and 10 specialist SEND schools in Bedfordshire. The training aims to equip school staff to confidently support students by deepening their understanding of coercive control, early red flags, abuse experienced from parents or peers and the influence of the network of online communities and content promoting masculinity, anti-feminist and misogynistic views on young people’s beliefs and vulnerabilities.
