Link to Change (Choice: Parent Connect Plus)

Link to Change aim to run a targeted early-intervention Bedfordshire based project providing support for parents and carers with an identified need or where there are concerns about exploitation, grooming or online harm. The project is informed by previous learning which identified a gap in personalised support for parents/carers. This project aims to offer structured 1-2-1 support for those facing immediate or complex concerns.
