Natureway Voluntary Community Group aims to deliver a culturally trusted hair and beauty environment, alongside community outreach spaces, through 6-8 small group 'Salon Circles' for Eastern Caribbean women, girls and mothers in Luton. The sessions will focus on nutrition, emotional wellbeing, stress, safety and community connection, combining group discussion, culturally relevant nutrition education, self-care and signposting to support services. Topics may include food, mood and stress, hair, skin, hormones and sleep, with the overall aim of creating a safe and trusted space for reflection, conversation and connection.
