This project aims to empower women and young girls, particularly those from harder-to-reach communities at risk of domestic abuse, violence, or exploitation. The programme aims to build confidence and personal safety awareness through structured Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) self-defence sessions, fitness activities, and access to talking therapies – this project is based in Bedford.
