Summary:
A short event was held to mark the retirement of Chief Constable Garry Forsyth on 13th October 2022. The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire contributed £777.73 towards the event to include hire of crockery, cutlery, table linen and glassware, food, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Invitees were drawn from all over Bedfordshire and included representatives from partner organisations, the voluntary sector and members of police staff and officers who had worked closely with Mr Forsyth.
The OPCC spent a total of 15 hours organising and co-ordinating the event.
