Summary:
At the Safer Streets Governance meeting held on 7th February 2024 decisions were agreed to:

Decision to repurpose underspend of £16k in 23/24 to allow costs for SmartWater Burglary reduction security packs to be removed from 24/25 to contribute to £180k savings as per Home Office request.

Decision to repurpose underspend of £12.5k in 23/24 to allow costs for CESAR fund to be removed from 24/25 to contribute to £180k savings as per Home Office request.

Decision to repurpose underspend of £117 for shortfall in budget for Deployable CCTV. Full details can be found on the re-purposing/underspend spreadsheet.

Decision to repurpose underspend of between £7k and £10k for ring door bell and camera sets. Full details can be found on the re-purposing/underspend spreadsheet.
