Subject: Amendment to Terms of Reference for Chief Constable One to One Accountability Meetings

Summary:

The PCC has requested that only the public 6 weekly meeting be published on the OPCC Website. All other one to one meetings between the Chief Constable and PCC are closed to allow for the PCC and Chief Constable to discuss confidential items. These will continue to be held on a weekly basis, and the PCC will make public the key points from these closed meetings as appropriate.
The PCC has made the decision to attend, when required, the Performance and Accountability Meetings which are chaired by the OPCC executive team.
